Christmas cards – Soldier addresses for 132nd National Guard Unit

There has been great support for our soldiers from Siskiyou County, who are now serving in Afghanistan with the 132nd Multi-role Bridge Engineers Unit of the National Guard.

Dan Dorsey, of Mount Shasta, instigated a support group for family and the deployed soldiers last year. It is called “Home Guard.”

In February, our soldiers received an appreciateive send-off with a special ceremony.

Dorsey appreciatively reported, this week, that more than 250 care packages have been sent by churches, service groups, school classes and individuals.

Now, the Home Guard is asking these groups and additional individuals to remember our soldiers by sending them something as simple as a Christmas Card.

It needs to be send the day after Thanksgiving, Nov. 23rd, to arrive at ther right time.

Below are the names and addresses to send cards of “THANKS” to our military soldiers.
